Our refund policy for AI Beauty subscriptions.

1. Digital service

AI Beauty is a digital service that's accessible immediately after payment. Given the nature of the service, we generally do not provide refunds.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel anytime via the Paddle Customer Portal. You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Exceptions

We will consider refunds for reasonable cases such as double-billing, payment processing errors, or inability to use the service due to technical issues on our side. Contact support@pickersoft.info within 14 days of the charge.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Bank or card-issuer processing can add 5–10 business days.

5. Unused period

We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time when you cancel mid-cycle. Your access continues until the period ends.
