Please read these Terms carefully before using AI Beauty (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
AI Beauty generates images from text prompts using AI models. Results are probabilistic; no specific quality, likeness, or outcome is guaranteed.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Premium features are sold via Paddle as weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the Paddle Customer Portal.
4. Prohibited use
You may not generate sexualized depictions of minors, impersonate real individuals, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in account termination without notice.
5. Ownership of outputs
Within the limits of applicable law, the images you generate are yours. We may use aggregate, non-identifying generation metadata to improve the Service.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for incidental or consequential damages.
